The Brittany Foundation houses many special needs dogs at the sanctuary. Most of these dogs are available for adoption, but due to age, medical issues, or emotional issues, it's unlikely that they will be placed. We expect that these dogs will spend the remainder of their lives here at the sanctuary.
Veterinary expenses for these dogs are significantly higher than average. Sponsoring these dogs is a great way to offer direct help to our special needs pups, even if you can't adopt right now.
